Marlins Approved Test Centre The Approved Test Centre scheme is operated under an agreement with the United Kingdom Maritime and Coastguard Agency (MCA). Marlins identifies and approves crew manning offices to run the ISF Marlins Test. Seafarers doing the test at one of these Approved Test Centres are able to apply to the MCA for Certificates of Equivalent Competency (CEC).
